年8月美国肠胃内镜学会发布了新版指南：

胆管结石导致的胆道梗阻、胆管炎和胰腺炎的患者数量庞大，而其主要治疗手段为经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术（ERCP），尽管微创但也有6%~15%的不良事件发生率。为此，基于最新的循证医学证据，美国胃肠内镜学会（ASGE）制订了内镜在胆管结石评估和治疗中作用的指南，以问答的形式为临床实践提供建议和推荐。
